Spa Policies & Paperwork
The Spa at Spring Ridge is committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. Please make yourself familiar with our policies and procedures as listed below. Our policies have been designed to ensure that you enjoy a truly wonderful spa experience with us.
Our clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out any paperwork needed and so that you may leisurely change and take advantage of our wonderful relaxation area. We understand that things come up that are out of your control. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time or will need to be rescheduled based upon the nature of the service you are scheduled for.
We understand in some cases you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel and only have one service booked, you must notify the spa 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged for 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.
If you have two or more services booked, you must notify the spa 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.
**When booking two or more services, we require a 50% deposit at the time we schedule your appointment.
In light of our cancellation policy, we will request credit card information at the time your appointments are scheduled. Should an emergency situation arise, please share that information with us. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis.
You will be given a robe and slippers to wear and a private locker for your possessions. Our licensed therapists and aestheticians are trained in procedures to assure you are properly covered during the treatment and your privacy will always be respected. The Spa at Spring Ridge is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, disposable undergarments are available on request. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in lockers in the ladies and gentlemen’s locker rooms before and after treatments.
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off while in The Spa.
We do not offer childcare services. Children are not permitted in any treatment room or relaxation area. Although we love children, their presence in the treatment area can be disruptive to our staff and other spa guests. Please do not leave children unattended in the reception area.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks. All forms of payment must be accompanied with appropriate identification. There is a $75.00 fee for all returned checks. We also offer gift cards for The Spa at Spring Ridge. If at any point legal action becomes necessary, all fees including court, lawyer, and all other costs will be the responsibility of the patient.
Prices are subject to change without notification. We do our best to notify our patients of any change in our fees for services when they are scheduled. If you are unsure of the price of your service, please ask a member of our staff prior to your scheduled appointment.
Skincare products may be returned, unopened, up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for Spa credit only. For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on makeup. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. No exceptions.
When you purchase a package of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. The discounted price requires full payment for the series before the first treatment date. We do not offer refunds on packages that have been purchased. Should you choose to cancel after you have begun your treatment series, The Spa at Spring Ridge will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift card exchangeable for goods and services. Credit will be given on remaining funds after the full (not discounted) price of the treatment is debited.
We are committed to patient safety and cannot guarantee that quality of products sold outside our facility. It is not uncommon for skin care products obtained from the Internet to be diluted, counterfeit, stolen, expired, or otherwise tampered with. We do however guarantee full support and product coaching for customers that have purchase their products from The Spa at Spring Ridge. We feel that our expertise and guidance outweigh any cost savings you may receive from purchasing products elsewhere.
Spa Gift Cards
Our gift cards can be purchased at the spa, over the phone, or on our website at SpaAtSpringRidge.com. You many not purchase the gift card on the same day as your service. If you purchase a Get More For Less gift card, it cannot be used on any discounted services or packages. If you are purchasing as gift card for someone else, it must go in the receivers name in our system. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and products. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented at the time of service and used within one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not valid of gratuities.
